The terms for using this website. Building work is covered by your own written quotation and contract.
These terms cover your use of this website, run by Essex Home Contracts Ltd, Unit 12, Hanningfield Business Park, Chelmsford, Essex CM3 8AA. They do not cover building work: every garden room is carried out under its own written quotation and contract.
Prices shown on this website, such as “from” prices, are a guide only. The price for your room is the one in your written quotation, which depends on its size, specification and your site. We work to keep the information here accurate, but designs, specifications and availability can change.
The text, photos, drawings and designs on this website belong to Essex Home Contracts Ltd or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
The 3D designer is a guide to help you picture a room. It is not a design or a quotation; we confirm sizes, finishes and prices after a survey.
We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.
