Where appropriate, we assess access, ground conditions, available space and where services run.
The room is designed around your property and intended use. Visualisations provided where applicable.
A clear, itemised specification showing exactly what is included — and what isn’t.
Our team manages the complete build: groundworks, structure, electrics, climate, plastering, decoration.
Final checks completed, certificates issued, and the finished room handed over ready to use.
