Electrics are designed in at the drawing stage, not added on at the end. Every room has a dedicated supply and its own consumer unit, sockets and USB points where you will use them, LED lighting inside and out, and data and TV points. The whole installation is designed and signed off by our own NAPIT Certified electricians, so your studio or office is ready to use from handover.

Garden offices
Rayleigh station puts London Liverpool Street within easy reach, and many residents now work from home for part of the week. Garden offices start from £22,500, with hard-wired data and a WiFi access point.
Bars and entertainment rooms
